Plan Of Action • Menyelesaikan proposal incoming • Membuat SOP kedatangan incoming • Audiensi segera kepada kepala prodi dan penanggung jawab klinik • Audiensi kepada bagian DIKTI rumah sakit fatmawati • Menyiapkan social program yang dibutuhkan untuk incoming • Mengurangi namun memaksimalisasikan project dengan tujuan mempererat dan meningkatkan semangat anggota scope
