MARKETING TOP 5 • WEBSITE • Creation of Carmax, Suzuki and Kia websites by end of 2nd quarter • Postings of articles and news by each affiliate or corporate marketing every week – total 16 posts/affiliate by end of June • SOCIAL MEDIA • 20% increase on FB likes per affiliate/month until there are 100 likes per month per affiliate by June • Require each affiliate to post at least 1 status update per week to maximum of 2 posts per day by end of 2nd quarter.

MARKETING TOP 5 • EVENTS • Require 1 major event participation per affiliate for automotive per month (malls or showroom) or total of 3 events by end of 2nd quarter. • 1 major collaborative event with all affiliates (auto and non-auto) by end of 2nd quarter. • DATABASE • Complete cleaning and update of database by middle of May 2014. • Complete and implement an incentive program for database and digital team by end of May
