~You need a good head start by sprinting out to the first barrel
~You round the first barrel very sharp and head for the barrel opposite from you.
~ You round the second and then the last, but the top barrel should be the sharpest, like your almost knocking it over but its still standing.
~ After all have been rounded you have to run the fastest run you have ever gone. Passed the little flag, and your scored.
There are different horses for different things. Like there are barrel racing horses, roping horses, pole horses and ext…
But not all horses can do more then a couple of things. Like if you took a roping horse and tried to barrel race him, he wouldn’t know what to do. Some are talented and can be taught to do more but usually they like doing one or two things.
Barrel racing~ 13.52 seconds run by Brandie Halls in Round 8 of the 2006 NFR (Las Vegas).
Bull riding~ 100 points / Perfect Score scored by Wade Leslie (Central Point, OR. in 1991).98 points scored by Denny Flynn (Palestine, IL. in 1979)
Team roping~ 3.5 seconds run by Blaine Linaweaver and Jory Levy (San Angelo, TX. in 2001).
