  2. Social Communication Disorder Social Communication Disorder encompasses problems with social interaction, social understanding and pragmatics. Pragmatics refers to using language in proper context. If you suspect your child has social communication disorder (Social Communication Disorder) or if he was recently diagnosed with Social Communication Disorder, It’s not because these children are rude or their parents haven’t taught them manners.
