3. Frequently Asked Questions Q:What if the person that was on the Notice of IEP is not the person that attends the IEP meeting? A:You can make changes to the participants on the IEP attendance page. Q:What if the parent doesn’t sign the mandated member excusal for or declination of parent member form until the IEP meeting? A:You can still create the appropriate fax coversheet for this documentation by opening the finalized Notice of IEP and creating the fax coversheet from the Print link. Q:Can you finalize the IEP without the faxing the signed attendance sheet? A:No. Q:Does the Attendance Page replace the Final Notice of Recommendation?
