President’s Update • Rules enforcement was a success and we will continue next year • Another great year of home sales and home values continuing to rise • Formalized our Rules in regards to painting • Phase 1 and 2 all homes required to be painted by the end of 2014 • Phase 3 all homes required to be painted by the end of 2015

Highlights and Updates for 2013 • 4th of July – Great turn out and great weather • Special thanks to Timberlake Church for donating the inflatables • Fedex project completed and 188th opened through to Union Hill • Irrigation improvements in phase 2 and trees replaced • Parking revisions on NE 68th

  6. Project Ideas – Volunteer Opportunities • Litter prevention committee • Group Pricing Committee (negotiate things like mulch, river rock, painting) • web resource Help (web info projects like paint schemes, recommended contractors, self-edits of contact info, voting page, etc.) • pave-the-park squad (for lobbying the city for investments in the public park) • Welcome to Woodbridge Wagon • Tool Share Network(for sharing ladders, loppers, sawhorses, etc.)
