  2. Mission Statement • KBCC is committed to bringing local churches together to host an annual conference that will change the lives of those in attendance, while unifying local assemblies and non-profit organizations in the process.

Basic OverviewEXAMPLEMONTH FEE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE COMMITTEE • Each State (ie; North Carolina) • 12 Pastors/Churches • Membership Fee $100.00 month • Membership Fee funds the Conference • 12 months x 12 members x $100 = $12,000.00 conference fund annually which will grow. • Duplicate same structure in other states • Each State committee can add churches and members by majority vote. However the 12 founding members will be the funding group and benefit from process

  4. Committee Positions • Finance Chairperson • Speakers Organizer • Seminar Organizer • Project Administrator • Registration • Transportation Organizer • Hospitality • Marketing/Publication • Conference Organizer Chairperson • Audio/Video Chairperson • Music

  5. Conference Structure • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nightly 7:30 pm • Day sessions (Seminars, Teaching, Preaching) • Day Sessions allow clergy in our churches to exercise their ministry • Proceeds divided between the 12 churches • Portion of proceeds remain in KBCC fund to help improve next year’s conference • Each state’s conference will move throughout the state

  6. 5 Year Growth Plan • 12 states • 12 Conference (1) each month • 3 nights each conference • College Scholarship Fund • Churches united within the state regardless of denomination etc
