  1. VASAYO BELEZA LIPOSOMAL SKINCARE SYSTEM RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT TRANSCRIPT Daniel Picou: Hey everybody, Daniel here. Hey, thanks for joining me this evening for this exciting announcement and this exciting Facebook live. My business partners are over in Asia right now. Dallin and Dan are over in Macau. They've got an event over there and the star of that event, the star of the show, so to speak, is an incredible partnership that we have to announce. I believe it's going to turn things. It'll turn the face of the company, no pun intended, in a different direction. It's really interesting when you look at any company in any industry and you look at a marketplace and industry as a whole, you can see different things that were game changing for companies when they made an introduction of a certain product line, or maybe it was something, maybe it was a partnership or a collaboration. I believe this is one of those moments. Daniel Picou: It's a pivotal game changing moment in the world of the sale. So over in Asia right now, for those of you that are hearing some of the news, maybe you haven't heard the news, maybe you have, they're announcing skincare. Not just any skincare. Vasayo has partnered and collaborated with the liposomal leader, the leader, in liposomal skincare globally. You know, I can still remember in 2016, the end of 2016, Dallin saying to me, "Daniel, I found something that's the biggest thing I've seen in my 30 years in this industry." He said, "I've found a technology called liposomal technology." People giggle when I say this. I thought he meant liposuction. Literally. I'd never heard of it before, so I thought he meant liposuction. So what did I do? I'll never forget. I was on the fourth hole at Soldier Hollow Golf Course in Heber, Utah here, and I started Googling on my phone and started reading about liposomal technology. Daniel Picou: What is it? How long has it been around? A lot of people say, Oh, Vasayo created or invented liposomal technology. No, we didn't. We didn't create it. It's been around for a long time. I actually, I love that aspect. You know why? It shows there's history, there's effectiveness. It shows that it works. The difference is we employ it in the nutraceutical world. We take a fat bubble, we wrap it around the nutrient, and it's been incredibly successful. We are the leader in liposomal technology. The leader, not just in our industry, not just in direct sales, but we were the leader in the marketplace to get liposomal technology out there. Why do I say liposomal? Because the Europeans, we were in Barcelona in September. The Europeans say, "Leepazomal," skincare. Well, I'm here to announce some incredible news. In collaboration with a company called Lipotec, or as the Europeans, the Spanish folks say, "Leepotec." Daniel Picou: It's an incredible company. When you tour their facilities, you could eat off the floor of their facilities. We've spent a couple of years developing this relationship when they first sat down with us and I shared with them a little bit who Dallin and Karree are and their history and what Dallin's done in almost three decades in this industry. We had to get to know one another in any relationship, right? A new relationship, you have to get to know one another. I have been so impressed with their professionalism, with their history, with their technology, and most importantly, with their science. Who are they? What do they manufacture? What's the science behind the products? So in collaboration with Lipotec, a Spanish based, they're based in Barcelona, Spain. They have given us... We've done everything with them from the ingredients, the raw ingredients, all the way through manufacturing and the packaging, and they've done an incredible job.

  2. Daniel Picou: We are announcing the end of January in Orlando, three products, game changing products. People know what our technology has done in the nutraceutical space, but now we can go after a completely different demographic, go after a completely different market. I believe, again, this is game changing for us as a company. I believe you're going to see a different segment that might not have participated in Vasayo, again, I believe will be very attracted to what we're doing because this game changing announcement. Also, when you talk skincare, it's interesting, you hear so many people say, "Well, men won't like skincare." Hogwash. Men buy billions of dollars worth of skincare every year. Plus it's 2019. People want to look good. Doesn't matter if you're male or female. You want to look good. Sometimes people care more about how they look than how they feel. It's an important thing. Also, this is for all ages, all demographics, all three of these products can be used by all ages. Daniel Picou: If you're an adult, you can use these products from 18 to 80. Let me share with you guys the first product. The first product we're going to be announcing in Orlando, the end of January is a liposomal hydrating mist, and I'll share with everybody just a little bit. We've got a product fact sheet here. By the way, we are going to have first-class tools for you to use; videos. We're going to have incredible brochures. We're going to have online tools for you guys to use and share the videos in the app to get out the story of what is our liposomal technology. What is the skincare? What are we doing in the marketplace? Why is this so disruptive? So the first product is our liposomal mist. Daniel Picou: The second product is going to be a liposomal rejuvenating cream. These products are incredible and for our handful of diamonds that were in Hawaii and got to sample the products, go to your upline diamond asks him what you think about them. These are game changing products, so liposomal rejuvenating cream, coming in January. Daniel Picou: The third product is going to be a liposomal serum. This is going to be an incredible product. I personally love this product. I love putting it... Initially we had talked about a lot of serums out there are just for under your eyes. This is not. This is a serum that you can put all over your face, and your eyes, your cheeks, your forehead, all the way down by your jaw bone. Can rub it all over your face. It's an incredible product. Daniel Picou: Let me share with you for a minute. Who is Lipotec? Who is Lipotec? Here's who they are. They're a company, they're owned by their parent company is Lubrizol and you can go look at the history of Lubrizol and Lipotec. First-class operations, and I have to tell you what's amazing about them is they're on the cutting edge. They're not looking at, "Hey, what have we done the last six or eight, 10 years. They're looking at what moving forward, what's the most relative? And so we went to them and said, "We want to be the leader. We don't want to be just a "me too" company. We don't want to be another company in the skincare space that doesn't do anything unique. Daniel Picou: We want to do something completely out of the box. We want to disrupt it. We want to break the entire mold. And so they have done that with these three products. I could not be more fired up. The other thing I want to share with everybody that's so critical is you might be watching this saying, "Well, I know about these three products." By the way, let me give you a little sneak peek of these. Look at this packaging. Daniel Picou: Look at the cream, look at the color. They did an incredible job, the marketing department working with Lipotec, putting it together. But they're just absolutely first-class products. This is the rejuvenating cream. The next product is going to be our serum. What an incredible product as I mentioned, you can put this anywhere on your face. Look at the packaging though. Just

  3. absolutely first-class. Just beautiful stuff. This is the serum. And then last but not least, is the hydrating mist. And again, absolutely beautiful. Something you can be proud to represent. Something you can take over, whether you're male or female, you can give these as a gift to somebody. This is something you can be proud. This is absolutely first-class. It looks like it's off the shelf of a Saks Fifth Avenue or a Neiman Marcus. Beautiful stuff. Let me show you the outside packaging as well, so you guys can get a good view. Daniel Picou: Let me see if we can put them over here and give everybody a good view. Look at this. I don't know up close if you can see the texture, but it's got a beautiful white... When you guys see these in person, they're absolutely beautiful. They did an incredible job on this packaging. So here's what I want to share with everybody. You might be seeing these and saying, I don't need to be in Orlando. I know what these three products are. Why do I need to be in Orlando? Here's what I'm here to tell you. Daniel Picou: The more people you have in Orlando, the bigger your team's going to be, period. We don't just make announcements online. We're not an online based company. You know what we are? We're a relationship based company. I can't tell you how critical it is, just the critical nature of being at this event in Orlando. You must be there. Don't miss it. There's multiple reasons. The other reason you want to be in Orlando is this, I believe 2020, I truly believe this is going to be a game changing year for this company. Daniel Picou: Dallin, Dan, we've worked tirelessly day in and day out. As Dallin says, "To put you in a position to win." I believe you guys will see that Orlando is the place that you turn the corner in your business. I don't care what your business has done so far. I don't care if you've hit diamond or black diamond or royal black diamond, or maybe you're a gold or a blue sapphire. Or maybe you've just got in and maybe you haven't sponsored anybody, but maybe you've got in, you're excited. You're using the products, your family's healthier. Maybe you go to Orlando and there's a nugget shared with you that completely changes the direction of your business. Daniel Picou: Leaders are born at events. I can't tell you what event you're going to get that nugget that's going to change your business, but I can tell you this, leaders are born at events. Here's the last thing I'm going to share with you guys and why I'm so fired up about all of our products, but especially this new category. I am fired up about three things: customers, customers, customers. We're going to be making some major announcements in Orlando, wrapped around this product line and all of our products around customers, customers, customers. I believe he or she who has the most customers in the future of this business wins. I've said this for a long time. I think one of the things direct selling is lacking is they're lacking customers. So often people are participating in the business opportunity so they can get a check, or they're participating in the business opportunity just so they can go out and build a business, not to actually go get customers. Daniel Picou: I believe that's the wrong way to build a model. In the future, my vision for this over the next couple of years is we've got a percentage of people that are brand partners that are out there building a business, and they're out there sharing a value based business opportunity. But, the majority of this company is customers, customers, customers, customers, and that's what we're focusing on. We're announcing a customer plan as I mentioned the end of January that's going to be revolutionary. It's going to be game changing. It's going to incentivize people to go share our products with customers. It's going to incentivize customers to go share with customers so they can earn a product. And it's going to also incentivize brand partners to go out and share it and go get yourself six, eight, 10 customers. Powerful guys. Thank you for joining me tonight.
