  2. Introduction I made my survey about daily snacks. I wanted to see if the people in our school and around my age eat healthy. I asked five questions. Fifty nine students took my survey. I asked the general things that a person should and shouldn’t eat daily.

  3. Question #1 Question Results How many servings of fruit do you eat a day? The majority of students ( 30%) said they eat 2 servings of fruit a day. This means a lot of people don’t eat fruit. People need fruit to be healthy. My doctor told me that if it’s after 7:00 pm and I’m hungry to eat fruit so I think everyone should at least eat 3 servings a day.

  4. Question #2 Question Results How many bags of chips do you eat in a week? The majority of students (38%) said they eat 3 bags a chips in a week. That is really unhealthy . Each bag of chips have so much calories and fat. Especially Hot Cheatoesand Takis.

  5. Question #3 Question Results How many chocolate bars do you eat in a week? The majority of students (38%) said they eat one chocolate bar in one week. That is really bad. It’s bad if you eat too much sugar. Instead of eating a candy bar you can eat fruit or vegetables.

  6. Question #4 Question Results Do you eat breakfast every morning? The majority of students (31%) said they rarely eat breakfast in the mornings. People should eat breakfast everyday because studies say that if you eat breakfast every morning it helps you learn better and focus more in school. And it’s also healthy for your body so that your body could have energy that morning.

  7. Question #5 Question Results How many times do you eat food from a fast food place in a week? The majority of students (61%) said they eat fast food 1-3 times a week. That is really bad. The majority of fast food places are just full of grease and fat. It’s okay to go out once in a while but not that much because too much of anything is bad.

  8. Analysis In my opinion I really don’t think my fellow classmates eat that healthy. I personally eat at least one fruit a day. I don’t eat a lot of candy. I do once in a while. I eat chips but I rarely do. I don’t eat breakfast everyday. I try to eat breakfast everyday. I only eat breakfast if I have time in the morning. I eat fast food once in a long while. I usually go home and eat whatever my mom made for dinner. Most people are not physically healthy in the United states. This is how people get diabetes or cholesterol. Most people are obese in our country due to the way we eat. It’s sad because some of them are children as well.
