AGTERGROND • Versoek vanaf Vrystaat RPO om betrokke te raak by NAMPO – goedgekeur deur Uitvoerende Raad • Besluit dit sal ‘n inisiatief wees van Nasionale RPO – Vrystaat RPO was verantwoordelik vir alle logistieke reëlings – Carien Annandale • Bemarkingskonsultant se insette verkry – gehelp met ontwerp van baniere Francois Griesel (Bemarkingskonsultant), Carien Annandale en Neels de Villiers (Vrystaat RPO)

NOODSAAKLIKE SKAKELING • Besluit om geskenkpakke op te maak bestaande uit Skaap-/Lamsvleis en Beesvleis ter waarde van R1 000 elk vir 4 dae • Doelwit : om by wyse van “inskrywingsvorm” inligting te bekom van produsente en verbruikers wat die stalletjie besoek het • Inligting sal op velerlei wyses gebruik word.

BESOEK AAN STALLETJIE • “Inskrywingsvorms” was verdeel in “produsente” en “verbruikers” • 435 produsente het vorms ingevul • 708 verbruikers het vorms ingevul • Belangrik : Nie alle verbygangers het vorms ingevul nie – strategie vir die toekoms hiervoor is noodsaaklik om maksimum van publiek te betrek
