  2. What is “Master Rule Index (MRI)”? An Excel spreadsheet: • created by listing 30 TAC Chapter 330 rules in an organized fashion • is used to create application checklistsfor different types of MSW facilities Background

  4. An Excel spreadsheet: • produced from the MRI and customized to different facility types • will be used by Applicants for initial submittal of an application and will be used by TCEQ PAR Team and PMs during review of submittals What is “Application checklist?”
