  2. Lowell 3 Shot with Traffic Offensive Objective • Quick hands and feet with puck movement • Shooting in Stride • Shooting through traffic • Puck recovery/protection • Low to High pass for shot Goaltender Objective • Making saves through traffic • Finding/Tracking pucks • Maintaining depth

  3. Both sides going at the same time – F1 and F2 triangle pass with a backskating D. • At blueline • F1 pick up loose puck from pile and attack net shooting in stride • D handle puck and open to middle

  4. After shot – F1 stop at netfront • While D opens to middle, F2 circle to weakside for indirect pass

  5. F2 accept indirect pass and attack net – shooting in stride with F1 screening goalie • D sprint to blueline after making indirect pass

  6. After F2 shoots through F1 screen – F1 get to corner and recover puck from coach.

  7. After recovering puck from coach – F1 protect and cutback before making a low to high pass to D at blueline • D explode off wall and shoot with F2 screen

  10. 2 on 2 in the middle with a offensive passer (99) located behind goalline • On change of possession team must use 99 before attacking net • 99 cannot attack the goalie nor can the defensive team attack 99 • Everyone changes on whistle – players should rotate into 99 shift to shift
