  5. 編碼應用檔案 • 開啟HL7OID查詢網站： • 下載 AllOIDs檔案 • 開啟國內OID查詢網站： • 開啟LOINC資料庫 • 開啟ICD9線上查詢系統： http://www.hl7.org/oid/ http://oid.nat.gov.tw/OIDWeb/chmain.html http://icd9cm.chrisendres.com/index.php

  6. 實作應用檔案 • 下載CDA R2相關Schema檔案 http://emrstd.doh.gov.tw/emr/documents/DocLib1/Forms/AllItems.aspx

  7. 實作環境設定 • 建立一個工作目錄區 • 將CDAR2實作基礎檔複製，解壓縮與此。 • 新增文檔也存與此。 • 安裝XMLNotepad2007 （或其他xml編輯器）
