Diets For Teenage Girls Start With Breakfast To Lose Weight I went from program to program, from Total Trim 11 Review trainer to trainer paying out hundreds and thousands of dollars to try and achieve my goal of losing weight but it never worked for me. I would wither lose weight for a short period of time and the trainer would tell me I need to come more often and pay more money and we could work harder or the diets would only work if I was spending money to eat their food or once I stopped taking their pills then the weight loss stopped and I would eventually gain the weight right back and lose the motivation I had after I ran out of money and my trainer stopped coming. This was not helping me and boy was I becoming more and more depressed about my weight. This roller coaster of up and down went on for about 2 years and I finally gave up trying for a while and just wallowed in my misery of being fat and not being able to enjoy life. Do you know that I hadn't worn a bathing suit without wearing some shorts or a shirt over even a one piece in like over a decade I was so miserable and I surely wasn't comfortable taking off my clothes to any man because I wasn't happy with myself.Now you know, it is one thing to be able to hold up certain body parts with clothes and bras and belts and even griddles, but once you drop those clothes, gravity takes over and that was not a pretty site. It was not that I was not confident in myself but my confidence did decrease just a little with all the weight because I was not happy. Now I did try working out on my own and doing the tapes at home and even starving myself and trying to eat healthy but again none of these things worked for me. I got so mad; I threw my scale away and just gave up for quite a while. I convinced myself that I was beautiful and I was just meant to be fat and to be okay with this and just buy bigger clothes. This again went on for about another year untilI GOT FED UP FOR REAL!! I hadn't bought new clothes in years because I didn't want to know what size I had gone up to and I didn't want to have all those big clothes in my closest. This may sound crazy to you but we will wear too little clothes and feel uncomfortable for hours rather than buy clothes that fit because we are in denial that we have just become overweight. We call all thin people skinny and anorexic because in reality we really desire to be thin but haven't yet achieved getting there. We hate on others who wear the clothes and look like we want to look, but those days were about to be over. One morning I woke up and just said no more. I am tired of dreaming and I am tired of seeing people that I want to look like but in order for me to win and this weight game I have to be smart. I did not have allot of money to spend but what I did have was time. I was not so quick to want a quick fix this time. The top 3 reason why people do not lose weight is 10 not getting enough sleep, 2 not knowing how many calories you need to burn in order to lose weight, and 3 not knowing how many calories you are taking in a day in order to know what calories you need to burn off. I wanted and needed to learn what worked best with my body. I wanted to know foods worked with me and what food s worked against me.
