  3. eHealth ResolutionWHA 58.28 Urges the Member States to: • develop national eHealth strategies including legal and infrastructure frameworks and public-private partnerships • mobilize multi-sectoral partnerships • establish national eHealth centres and networks of excellence

  4. WHA 58.28 continued requests the WHO Director-General to: • promote international collaboration • provide technical support • facilitate integration of eHealth in health systems • continue to promote health awareness and healthy lifestyle through eLearning services • support inter-regional initiatives among groups of countries that speak a common language • document and report best practices

  5. Global Observatory for eHealth To improve health by providing Member States with strategic information and guidance on effective practices, policies and standards in eHealth
