Session Format • Introductions & Goals • Describe format for session.  (5 mins) • Break into groups of three. • Hand out paper with all three questions. • Group Discussion (10 mins) • Choose a group spokesperson -- This person will stand up and give a summary of the group’s findings. • Choose one of the three topics/questions and have an open discussion within the group. • Be sure each person has input in the summary. • Taking each question/topic one at a time, have the groups that chose that question give their summary. (20 mins) • Closing comments (5 mins)

  3. Small Group Discussion • What does Alumni Engagement mean to your alumni organization? • What is your driving purpose for engagement in your alumni organization? • What defines success with regard to alumni engagement? How do you measure it?
