Decrees • The Belgian decrees approving the Cooperation Agreement of 24th july 2003 on validation of competences for lifelong vocational training are the following: • The French-speaking community decree of 22nd october 2003 (MB 31.12.2003) • The Cocof decree of 7th november 2003 (MB 03.05.2004) • The Walloon Region decree of 13th november 2003 (MB 23.01.2004)
