  4. WHAT IS A CREC?? • College Recommendation for Expedited Certification • Use for initial program completers only • Not for use with candidates converting from • non-renewable to clear renewable, adding • fields or upgrading to a higher degree level

  5. WHAT IS A CREC?? CREC PROCESS STEP 1: Complete online recommendation form using CERT portal STEP 2: Transmit certification documents via the fax or upload options using the Expresslane portal

  6. EXPRESSLANE:Why Use It? • No postage needed • Saves on mailing time • Documents delivered directly to student’s file • Cuts down on phones calls requesting status • Student can view documents via MyPSC acct
