Belly Bubble • Inside Zone Blocking • Count the Bad Guys (4-2 Box or 4-1 Box) • Where is the Mike (2 Deep Safeties) • Inside the DE – Usually a 4-2 Box • QB -> Throw the Bubble • BS OT -> Zone thru up to the Mike • Outside the DE – Usually a 4-1 Box • QB -> Read the DE; Usually Hand It Off • BS OT -> Sift (Usually Block Out on DE) • Even with DE – Could be a 4-1 or 4-2 Box • QB -> Read the Mike • BS OT -> Read the Mike (Sift)

Belly Bubble • Perimeter Blocking • Widest Receiver • Block Man On – Head up to outside number • Fight to stay square • If he takes outside – run him off the field • Cut if he hard charges (4 yard window) • #2 Receiver • Same as widest receiver • Careful with 1st step • Only Cut if you have to • Bubble • Open, Crossover • Chin should be on inside shoulder on 3rd step • Want to get it outside
