Joint TFRN EPMAN / EPNB and Agriculture and Nature Panel meeting • Discuss link between emission inventory guidebook methodologies (Ag and Nat Panel) and emission mitigation measures (EPMAN/EPNB) • Future collaboration on: • Revision/updating of emission factors • developments in inventory methodologies • quality control criteria for review of emission inventories • Coordinate the work of the TFEIP and TFRN with the technical developments connected with the EU Industrial Emissions Directive

  4. Emission inventory documentation • What is adequate? • Clear description of methodology • Scientific justification for emission factors • Publication in peer-reviewed journal adequate? • Source, quality and age of activity data
