Health & Safety Hazards • There are various hazards that you may encounter in the STEM lab. • They include any or all of the following: • machinery and operation of power tools • risks encountered in handling hot components or dangerous impact • breathing problems caused by exposure to irritant and toxic gases • electrical risk from power tools.
