  2. REIP Program • 1) Projects awaiting approval • All REIP rebate applications received prior to 1/1/2011 will be processed under the 2010 guidelines and incentive levels. This applies to solar, wind and biomass projects. • In 2011, only wind and biopower rebates are available and they will be processed under the guidelines (reduced paper work) and incentive levels (no change) contained in the Board approved 2011 Compliance Filing. • 2) Projects already approved • The changes to the as-built documentation requirement is in effect for all as-built project submittals received after 12/31/10. • Transition to 2011 documentation requirement for final interconnection approval targeted for January 28, 2011.

SREC Registration Program • 1) New Project submittals • Registrants may continue to use the existing forms and checklists to submit new SRP project registrations. • The new 2011 forms are expected to be posted on the website by Friday 1/14/11. • Registrants are strongly encouraged to use the new forms as soon as they are available but the existing forms will be accepted for registrations received through January 28, 2011. • 2) Projects already approved • The changes to the as-built documentation requirement is in effect for all as-built project submittals received after 12/31/10. • Transition to 2011 documentation requirement for final interconnection approval targeted for January 28, 2011.

  4. Online Application Portal • Phase 1 will consist of testing by the processing team. • Phase 2 will consist of testing by a small number of contractors to facilitate final development. • Phase 3 establish contractor accounts and project linkage and make online portal available to contractors that have created their account.
