Booking Hotels • Use our IATAN/IATA/CLIA/ARC #33530556 • You book you get 50% of commission • Hotels booked individually typically not pre-paid • Most hotel reservations require a credit card guarantee..some 1 night deposit • Room description/views can be “creative” • Maximum # of guests may apply/additional rates.

Documenting the Reservation • Reservationist’s name-Phone • Print copy- email • Date and time of reservation • Name of hotel, address, phone # • Dates of check-in/check-out • Type of room • Rate plus taxes • Note any rate changes during the stay • Guarantee for late arrival or one night deposit • Confirmation # • Cancellation Policy • Send in a Booking Form
