    • Lunch 12:00 pm (Hoppers @ 11:30)

  • Leave Wednesday, October 22nd

  • Arrive early (by 8:00 a.m.)

    • Students check in at the stage

    • Parents help pack

    • Board buses at 8:20 a.m.

    • Arrive at Taft between 10-10:30 a.m.

    • School will send a blast message that we arrived

  • Return Friday, October 24th

    • Board buses after lunch

    • arrive Erickson approximately at 2:00

      • Parents help unpack the luggage

    • Open room

    • Minimum 2 adults with each group

    • Bunk beds

    • Dorm style bathroom with 3 showers, 4 toilet stalls, 3 sinks

  • Heckman

    • Apartment style

    • Approximately 6-8 students to a room

    • Showers/ Toilet/ Sink set-up

    • Bunk beds in rooms

  • Rotate among students, most do it one time, some do it twice

    • Medication will be turned in on Wednesday before leaving.

  • Nurse is on call 24 hours a day

  • $118.00 per student

    • (covers Taft costs and craft items)

  • Due by Wednesday, October 1st, along with the permission slip and health form.
