Perusterveydenhuollon yhteistoiminta-alueet (1/5) Kuntayhtymä Kaksineuvoinen Väestöpohja Nykyinen: 21 600 (Alahärmä, Evijärvi, Kauhava, Kortesjärvi ja Lappajärvi) 2009 alkaen: 24 600 (kuntaliitoksen myötä mukaan myös Ylihärmä) Aloittanut 1.1.2007 (samalla lakkautettu Kauhavan seudun ktt:n ky.) Sosiaalitoimen palvelut: selvitetään Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollosta perusturvaan -hankkeessa (1.8.2006–31.10.2008) Rural Studies 18.2.2008 2

Kuusiokuntien terveysyhtymä (6tk) Väestöpohja Nykyinen: 28 300 (Alavus, Kuortane, Lehtimäki, Soini, Töysä ja Ähtäri) 2009 alkaen: 23 800 (Lehtimäki ja Soini siirtymässä Järvi-Pohjanmaan yhteistoiminta-alueeseen) Aloittanut 1.1.2006 (samalla lakkautettu Alavudenseudun terveydenhuollon kuntayhtymä ja Ähtärinjärven kansanterveystyön kuntayhtymä) Sosiaalitoimen palvelut: kuntien sosiaalitointen yhdistämistä perusterveydenhuollon kuntayhtymään selvitetään (nyt sopimuspohjaista yhteistyötä) Rural Studies 18.2.2008 3
