And we tend to avoid dealing with things that we aren’t good at or comfortable doing. Yet, we all have conflict in our lives on a regular basis. This interactive workshop will help participants: ·         Make a mind-set shift to better address conflict, ·         Avoid the 3 “universal hot buttons” that often spark conflict, ·         Apply the power of “honorable first responses” to reduce conflict, and ·         Tap into “The Great Clarifier” to prevent or resolve conflict.
