  3. Greep uit conclusies case-reports • Volledig herstel n. femoralisfunctie bij 30% van de conservatief behandelde patienten • Chirurgisch ingrijpen na normalisatie stolling en binnen 24 uren • Totaal 3 casus over percutane decompressie • niet bij solide, georganiseerde bloedingen • infectiegevaar • bij 2 casus onmiddellijke pijnvermindering en mogelijk gunstig effect op herstel n. femoralisfunctie

  4. Conclusie Er is geen evidence voor het verrichten van chirurgische dan wel percutane decompressie van een retroperitoneaal haematoom welke leidt tot uitval van de n. femoralis
