A deliberate lifestyle choice characterized by personal responsibility and optimal enhancement, of physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Career

  • Finding personal fulfillment and satisfaction from our jobs or our chosen career fields while maintaining balance in our lives. Positively impacting the organizations we work in and society as a whole through our careers.

  • Prioritize tasks: to do lists

  • Schedule time for relaxation

  • Good physical fitness and confidence in one’s personal ability to take care of health problems.
