Time Line of Start • March 28-April 1: Onsite Training of Sub-contractors Scan – AT – Ortho Production • May 21: Official Notice of Award • June 1: Start of Minnesota Fly Window • June 15: 1st Day of Minnesota Acquisition • June 15: Start of Iowa Fly Window • June 23: 1st Day of Iowa Acquisition

  4. Team ASI – Photo Acquisition • Only used four of the eight aircraft available • No extensions needed • ABGPS collected for all exposures

  10. Photo Acquisition Problems • Nothing to speak of – normal stuff

  11. Team ASI Scanning • Scanning: • Multiple site locations – Subs given base scan to match • Five of eight scanners available were used • Capacity used 60-75% • FTP site and USB Hard Drives used to share data between ASI and Sub-contractors • ASI purchasing new scanner

Team ASI Analytics • Used 25% of ASI analytic capacity • ASI visited each site for pre-project training • All production facilities using same software • Avg. block size contained +/- 500 frames • Turn Around Time Per Block: 24 hours • Data pulled from sub-contractor and completed by ASI to facilitate faster delivery

  13. Team ASI Ortho Production • Database - On going improvements • Sub-contractors were able to utilize real-time database • ASI did all of Iowa and a portion of Minnesota • Subs did the remainder of Minnesota Orthorectification • ASI capacity was under utilized due to contracts with sub-consultants • Mosaicking and tonal balancing of data from multiple sites - few problems due to pre-training
