Objectives • Map, visualize, and analyze the collaboration networks of researchers in SERC RIs based on current project information • Potential usage: • Visualize the collaboration landscape in SERC • Provide new perspectives on collaboration between RI’s: intensity, tendencies/preferences, chronological development • Identify common areas for where collaborations are formed and discover potential gaps • Tool for exploring methods to enhance collaboration

  3. Inter-RI collaboration (Dept View) 1 • Links represents a shared collaboration between the department in each RI.

  4. Inter-RI collaboration (Dept View) 2 • Zoom in at the collaboration of KDD in I2R. White Lines represents KDD’s collaborators.

  5. Inter-RI collaboration (RI View) 1 • SimTech and their respective collaborators. • Collaborators with higher number of common projects are placed closer to SimTech
