Plants are as essential to the balance of nature as animals. Most plants manufactured their own their own food. This is why plants are considered the world’s food maker. Plants reproduction is a continuous process. In fact, even withoput seeds, plants reproduce through certain body parts.
Stigma- is the tube below the pistil. • Pistil- is the female reproductive part of a flower. • Pollen- are the male flower cells. • Stamen- is the male reproductive part of a flower.
Petal- are the colored parts which attract insects. • Sepal- are leaf like parts at the base of a flower that cover the bud. • Ovule- are the male flower cells found in the ovary. • Filament- hold the anther which contain the pollen grains.
Style- is the tube below the pistil. • Receptacle- is the tip to which the floral organs are attached. • pollen- bearing part of the stamen.
