  1. The Air Conditioning Aspect Of An HVAC System

  2. The HVAC system is a complex unit of a combination of a building's heating, ventilating and AC units. The acronym HVAC stands for these three aspects. For most industrial or commercial buildings, it is reasonable to combine the three into one unit for easier maintenance and upkeep.

  3. The air conditioning unit of HVAC is for the purpose of keeping the temperature in the establishment cool enough to be comfortable for the occupants and enough to keep the moisture and dust away from the various equipments and machines which may need to be monitored continually.

While many large structures or buildings have a well coordinated system installed by professionals, in many cases, each unit in charge of heating, ventilation and cooling is made up of different parts. This is mainly due to the fact that not all buildings and locations have the same needs and requirements.

  5. The kind of unit for each aspect will need to be studied by HVAC contractors in order to be able to put up a system that can meet the requirements of the occupants of the building. For warmer areas or areas where warmer months are more prevalent, the cooling system may be larger than the heating one.

  6. Ventilating systems basically have a standard which is dependent on the building's design and manual ventilation systems. Of course, establishments with machines that requires a controlled temperature to function properly may require a more concentrated cooling duct for the areas or rooms where these equipments are kept.

  7. Hospitals are prime examples of places which may need to house their equipments in rooms with higher temperatures than normal. Air conditioning may be centralized for commercial buildings but each are or room should have a separate control to manage the temperature of the room.

  8. The air ducts that service the areas of the buildings should always be kept clean in order to maintain safety and sanitation. Return air grills which help the HVAC circulate air better should be easily accessible for maintenance.

  9. It is not advisable to keep them at a level where everybody can access them, though, since this may lead to further contamination or access by unauthorized individuals. Air conditioning is an important aspect to it and is integral to proper ventilation and comfort for each structure which needs it.
