  2. In This Workshop, We Will Discuss… • What It Means To Be On Probation At CLU… • How Did I Get There? • The Most Important Question… • Resources For Success…

What does it mean to be on Probation at CLU? • My cumulative or CLU GPA fell below a 2.0. • What is the difference between my CLU GPA and my cumulative GPA? • I am enrolled in the Academic Assistance Program for one semester. • I must bring my GPAs (term, cumulative and institutional) to at least a 2.0. • For more information on CLU’s definition of probation, visit: http://ww2.clunet.edu/car/undergrad/probation.php • To find the GPA calculators, visit: www.clunet.edu/advising (Click on the corresponding links on the left under “Additional Offices and Services”).

  4. How did I get there? • We are all affected by different roadblocks, whether they be within our control, or outside our control. Some common roadblocks to academic success are: • Illness • Family Obligations/Stresses • Work • Social Distractions • Transitions • Blaming Others • What factors affected you?
