  3. Healthcare Committee Activities in 2013 Development of: • a Resource List for the Affordable Care Act and Illinois Medicaid expansion (available atwww.shpa-il.org) • training materials for care coordination (available at www.shpa-il.org)

Healthcare Committee Activities in 2013 Development of four sets of advocacy information (available at www.shpa-il.org) including: • Supportive Services Provided For Individuals Living in Supportive Housing Settings • Supportive Housing and Healthcare Reform Goals • Supportive Housing and Healthcare Reform Action Plan • The Strengths of Supportive Housing Providers

Healthcare Committee Planned Activities for 2014 • Medicaid Waiver Review and Recommendations to the State during the 1115 Waiver Development, keeping in mind: • Existing Waiver Consolidation • Health System Transformation • System Finance • Continued Advocacy for Inclusion of Supportive Housing in Healthcare Reform • Continued Resource Development for Members
