NEW FEATURES • Your Password - You can create and maintain your own user id and password • Your Home Page - A quick summary of membership, club statuses and activities is displayed • Your Statements - You can view your clubs statements • Your Service Activities - You can search for activities, set service activity goals and objectives, and create signature activities

  5. YOUR PASSWORD - 2011-2012 Lion Officers • New Officers - Incoming 2011-2012 officers will be able to create their own user name and password to WMMR. On the log on page, click “New User? Click here to Register Now” and follow the onscreen prompts to select a user name and password. You will be asked questions to confirm your identity. You will also be required to provide a unique e-mail address. • You will only have one password - If you hold more than one office (e.g. club president and district governor), you will only register for one password. After you log on with your new password, you will be prompted to select the role you will use for your computer session. • Continuing Officers - 2010-2011 officers that become officers for 2011-2012 will keep their password and will not have to register again. • You can change your password - While logging on, check the checkbox for “I want to change my password after logging on”, then follow the onscreen prompts to change your user name and password.

  11. YOUR HOME PAGE • Membership - Real-time membership counts are displayed • MMR Reporting History - Clubs with the oldest MMR reporting dates are displayed. Click link to display all clubs. • Clubs - Newly chartered clubs (this year), status quo clubs (all), and cancelled clubs (this year) are displayed • Activities - A summary of clubs reporting activities is displayed. Click link to go to the activity search page.

  15. YOUR STATEMENTS • Your clubs statements will be accessible via WMMR. • From the WMMR Logged On Page, click the Statements link. • The December 2010 Semi-Annual Per Capita Invoice as well as all statements created after December 2010 for your club will be visible.

YOUR SERVICE ACTIVITIES – Goals and Objectives • District and Club- Goals and Objectives can be set at district and club level • Purpose - Goals and Objectives focus on increasing club participation in a specific service area and allow you to track progress based on information collected through the service activity report application • Reports - You can generate reports that can be shared with others • Example • Goal: To increase club participation in Environmental Services service projects during the 2010-2011 fiscal year. • Objective: By the end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2011) at least 1000 trees will be planted as part of District 1A tree planting service activities.

YOUR SERVICE ACTIVITIES – Signature Activities • District and Club - Can be set at district and club level • Purpose - Allows clubs/districts to showcase important/ re-occurring activities and promotes participation in a particular activity • Benefits - Streamlines the activity reporting process and simplifies searching for and generate reports

  24. We will be creating a one-stop-shop Google-like LCI Search Engine to find all Lions Clubs International Who's, What's, and Where's.

  25. Our plan is to provide text based search results in early fall and map based results by the end of the year.

  26. The new website, My LCI, will include Context-sensitive Help, Current-LCI-Branding, Accessibility Support, and Easy-to-use Pages

  27. We will keep you informed with our new status bar which will acknowledge your last transaction and allow you to undo it just in case you realized you made a mistake.
