Scottish FA Central Region East Dunbartonshire Football Coaches In-Service The Science Behind Pre Season Monday 28th July 2014 6.30pm to 9.00pm Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre * FREE TO ATTEND* East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Cultural Trust in partnership with the Scottish FA are holding a coaches workshop titled ‘The Science Behind Pre Season’ This is a great opportunity for coaches to learn and develop a greater understanding of the demands of Pre Season Training and what up-to-date methods can be used to achieve greater fitness levels. The workshop will cover the following areas : • What Factors to consider in Pre Season Training • How demanding is Pre Season Training • What are the best methods to adopt to achieve results This workshop will be informative and equip every coach who attends with new methods of practise and content to try at their respective clubs. If interested, can you please complete the attached form and email back to Kevin.Murphy@eastdunbarton.gov.uk * This Workshop will provide you with 2.5 hours worth of Continuous Coach Development Hours in accordance with the Scottish FA Coaching Programme. All applications must be made by Friday 25th July 2014.
