  7. Data Entry Guidelines • Guidelines are available on our Intranet. Procedures • The system allows subject specialists to annotate each resource with subject headings and other descriptive information, allowing the creation of interfaces guiding the user in the selection of the appropriate resource (i.e. “About” the resource.)
