EDX requires MS Windows technology not available in our legacy products • Is CPM available for replacing 3rd party batch interfaces? • Not at this stage. Each 3rd party batch system will have to comply with the interface standard. We will address this on a case by case basis • Does this require new hardware to upgrade to CPM? • It depends on the performance and availability of your existing hardware, depending on your original infrastructure purchase. Have a tech services representative verify existing hardware specs. • Is CC-CAI2B still available? • Only for license increases (additional plants) over time.
