  7. “This was my first SHRM Conference and my first time submitting a recertification application. The event was so large that I really appreciated having a place to go that was a bit segmented from the rest of the crowd. A nice "perk" to certification. I appreciated not having to stand in an hour line for coffee and a snack, I LOVED the free massage, the Lego play was fun and unexpected, and the time with the Recertification counselor was invaluable, as I was not feeling confident about submitting my recertification activities, and frankly, would have missed submitting some recertification activities for consideration because I did not quite understand the categories.”
