What is NORKA ROOTS Non-Resident Keralites Affairs or Norka is a department of Kerala Government. It was formed on December 6th 1996 to solve and address the grievances of Non-Resident Keralites [NRKs]. The field agency of NORKA known as Norka Roots was formed in 2002 to act as an interface between Non-Resident Keralites and the Kerala government. Norka Roots is the authorized agency by the Government of India to handle the attestation of the government recognized educational certificates issued from the State of Kerala.
