  3. Run With Freedom Hebrews 12 1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses…

  4. Run With Freedom Hebrews 12 1 … let us lay aside every weight, & the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us…

  5. Gal 5 1 Christ has freed us so that we may enjoy the benefits of freedom. Therefore, be firm [in this freedom], and don't become slaves again.GWT

  6. “Let us lay aside” means we have the power, and the option, to rid yourself of the burdens of life and enjoy the freedom God gives us.

  7. God is the source of your help and the hope you have of living above your failures and stresses.

  8. 1) …let us lay aside every weight… Weight is emotional, physical or spiritual burdens that keep up from having endurance, tire us easily or make us doubt our ability to go forward with God.

  13. Doubt that is allowed to linger, fester and grow is like unto a leech, it will bleed you until it is full. If a you have a habit of doubt, you intentionally drain yourself of energy, faith and hope

  14. 1) …let us lay aside every weight… Am I allowing God to lighten the load on my life or am I struggling under the weight of my burdens?

  15. 2) …let us lay aside…the sin which so easily ensnares us… Sin is a drag on the enjoyment and the fulfillment of our relationship with God.

  21. Freedom begins when we realize the bondage we are in…to run the race with endurance we have to work with God to intentionally and forcefully remove the things inside of us that hold us back.
