5. Community Mailer and Facilities Survey • A community survey was recently mailed to all registered voters and parents in the District • It provided information on the District’s academic achievements and facility improvement needs • A tear-off and online survey were included in the mailing to capture voters’ priorities for facility improvements

Next Steps… • Wrap up focus group presentations and provide final summary of findings • Conduct a scientific voter survey to gauge support among voters for a potential bond measure • Based on survey results determine if there is enough support in the community to proceed with placing a bond measure on the November 2014 ballot
