FluCommunicationStrategy 2009 • 2.- Information Phase (05 – 09 Oct ´09) • Target: All employees of Power Solutions Mexico • Objective: Inform employees and increase their awareness on issues related to the Flu, in its different variables • Implicit Message: “Johnson Controls informs you and helps you to inform others” • Printed Material: • 3,000 triptychs (10 x 28 cms) color, both sizes • 100 posters (double letter size paper-color) • 12 semaphores (Site distribution, flu status indicators by Site/Location) Johnson Controls

Flu Communication Strategy 2009 • 3.- Awareness Phase (12 – 16 Oct´09) • Target: All employees of Power Solutions Mexico • Objective: Prepare the working community on how to prevent or mitigate the Flu impact. • Implicit Message : “Take care of your work team” • Printed Material: • 200 posters (double letter size paper-color; 2 versions) Contagia Salud • In all the phases the e-mail was used to distribute advices and instructions on how the transmission of this virus can be prevent. • The use of the mails with tips and information about the virus is an active tool.
