  8. Goal To scale up teacher preparation programs in community colleges in the Los Angeles region by developing a replicable model of education pathway(s) aligned with the Guided Pathways initiative, with a particular focus in STEM and CTE, while impacting the SWP metrics.

Action Item: • Review your Round 2 workplan for alignment with regional objectives. • Ask yourself these questions. • Do you have outcomes contributing to the SWP metrics? • Does your workplan target STEM, CTE, Special Education and other critical/shortage areas in education? • Do you have objectives or activities that align with the regional objectives/activities? • For colleges that did not have existing TPP programs prior to this funding: • Are your objectives moving towards building a TPP program at your college? • If your answer is “no” to all the questions above, then please consider submitting a revised workplan.
