  3. Measles MMR CHILDHOOD VACCINATION -Live attenuated vaccine, -Combined with the other live vaccines. -Induce immunity by 94-98%, A second dose induces it by 99% -The initial dose: 12-15 months. -The second at school entry:4-6ys.

  4. Simple preventive methods(reduce the probability by 50%) • Apply insect repellent to exposed skin. • Stay in a well constucted building. • Close windows and doors at night. • Use anti mosquito sprays. • Use bed-nets.

DOTS • Sustained political commitment • Access to quality-assured TB sputum microscopy • Standardized short-course chemotherapy to all cases of TB under proper case-management conditions • Uninterrupted supply of quality-assured drugs • Recording and reporting system enabling outcome assessment

  6. ANTIBIOTICS -Penicillin G, parentrally -If hypersensitive, then Erythromycin -If resistant to B-lactam, then:Vancomycin WHO: Co-trimoxazole,Ampicillin, Amoxicillin for home treatment.
