  3. What are similar products? • Many consultants perform similar tasks • WHAM software is only known alternative • cheaper • not as user-friendly • not as complete

  4. Customizing designsafe for BME • Items to consider: • potential users • potential tasks • potential hazards • Test new product • artificial knee • bowel segment resectioning • laser use in research
