  1. Your Easiest Way To Deliver – Any Way Delivery Agent Guide

  2. Sign up as an agent 1 2 3 Input your particulars and tap on “Sign up as a delivery agent” If you have been referred by a friend, please input his/her contact to enjoy the referral reward. You will receive an email to verify your sign up. Please check spam inbox too.

  3. Completing your profile 1 2 Please complete your profile to allow us to conduct the background checks. Only your mobile number will be made known to other users. After your identity is verified by uParcel team, you can start accepting deliveries on our app!

  4. Getting notified of delivery requests 1 2 3 Access the settings panel by tapping on the top left corner and then on settings. Make sure GPS and alerts settings are on to receive requests. Don’t log out. If there is a pick up within 3km from your current location, you will receive an alert.

  5. Searching through the jobs 1 2 3 Click on top right corner to filter Filter by time, location, region and delivery price. Then click on top right  to filter. Swipe to the right to reject the job.

  6. Accepting jobs 1 2 3 You can accept the job through the notification panel Or scroll through the dashboard. Full details will only be shown after job is accepted Tap on accept job. Payment can be made either by sender or receiver, please take note.

  7. Delivering the parcel 1 2 3 Tap on “my jobs” to view accepted jobs. Tap on the address to view locations in Google maps Update status to “delivery in progress” after picking up. Please call to check if the receiver is available to receive.

  8. Undelivered parcels 1 2 3 If you are unable to complete the delivery, please update the status. Please state reason for non-delivery. Please make attempt to redeliver within 24 hours. Please text receiver on the attempted delivery and make arrangements for redelivery.

  9. Completing the delivery 1 2 3 Update status to delivered Ask receiver to sign on your phone. Submit delivery confirmation

  10. Past deliveries 1 2 Once delivered, the job will enter into “delivery history”. Search through the past deliveries by tapping on filter on the top right corner.
