  1. Blog: The-universal-god.com Defining God- The Associated Dilemma Vijay Atawane has chosen to pose an answer to some tough questions in his book ‘In Search of the Universal God’. According to him, it is possible to attain global peace by shifting our belief to a Universal Power. Vijay says that there are two major ways to define the Almighty. One, we can consider Him as the knowable being having all understood human attributes. Alternatively, you may consider Him as the unknowable, incomprehensible Supreme Being with an unknown form. By believing in the human form of this Power, it is almost impossible to find the Universal Being. After all, there can be innumerable alternatives and choosing a single one is simply impractical. Different religions describe God in various ways. God of Abraham is for the Jews, Parmatma for the Hindus, and Father in Heaven for the Christian, Allah for Muslim religion. One can easily understand the complexities and the dilemma one faces in defining God in a way that proves to be acceptable to everyone. The book ‘In Search of the Universal God’ provides answers to some very tough questions. What is the best way to describe this ONE God in the face of the interpretations available in different religions? Is it going to be 4 different Gods or the single Supreme Being? How is it possible to separate Creator from Not Gods or the creation? Understand some of the toughest dilemmas in this simply presented and brilliantly written book presenting the concept of Universal God. This is available in both paperback and e-book format at the website The-universal-god.com
