  3. Counter Your Point of Sale • Counter Sales Profile • Defaults are defined to reduce the number of decisions made by the end user.

  4. Counter Your Point of Sale • New Features • Force End of Day Balancing • This control feature forces users to cash out their drawer at the end of the day.

  5. Counter Your Point of Sale • New Feature • Discount/Coupon Used • Discounts and/or Coupons can now be predefined and made active or inactive. • Values can be defined by a percentage or an amount.

  6. Counter Your Point of Sale • New Feature • Disable Ability to Edit Selling Price • This flag stops users from editing the selling price that is populated on the Over the Counter Sales Screen. • Cash Customer Code • A Cash Code should be added to your data base if you do not wish to create a new customer for every Counter Sales transaction. Cash customers cannot have backorders and must pay for their order in full.

  7. Counter Your Point of Sale • Quotations • If desired, a quotation can be created in Counter Sales. • This transaction can easily be rolled into a Counter Sales Order when the Quotation is accepted.

  8. Counter Your Point of Sale • Parts Pricing • The Lookup Parts Pricing screen is easily accessible in both the Counter Sales Quotes and Order screens.

  9. Counter Your Point of Sale • Transfer Quotes to Order • Once accepted, the quote is transferred to an order.

  10. Counter Your Point of Sale • Over the Counter Sales • We have added several useful features to this screen including the status of invoice printing, total value of orderand discount details.

  11. Counter Your Point of Sale • Parameters • You may opt to force the view of the Parameters screen with each order. This will be important if you track multiple warehouses, salespeople or sales categories.

  12. Counter Your Point of Sale • Payment • If the customer’s order is going to be fulfilled immediately, payment will be taken.

  15. Counter Your Point of Sale • Documentation • There are several potential documents during the Counter Sales process. • These include an Acknowledgement, Packing Slip, Picking Slip and Invoice.

  16. Counter Your Point of Sale • Back orders • When products are not available, Counter Sales gives you the option of backordering all or part of an order.

  17. Counter Your Point of Sale • End of Day Cash Out • The End of Day Cash Out is completed prior to closing out for the day.
