The goal of this presentation is to give you an overview of the Quality Improvement Program requirements in Medicare AdvantageThe detailed requirements are found in the Social Security Act(SSA), the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and the Medicare Managed Care Manual (MMCM)Most of this presentation is taken from the MMCM Chapter 5, but we expect that your organization will be familiar with all requirements .
